December 2009. January 2010. I created a list of all the detonations that took place at Yucca Flat and mapped each area or set of coordinates to an image reference map created in Google Earth. Screen captures were made at 700 meters of each explosion (827 total) and archived in the interactive media memorial I am developing.

February 25, 2009. I presented my design research, visual explorations, and concept ideas for developing "The Evolution of SIlence" at the College Art Association | ARTspace Conference (on the panel Nerve Impulse: How Graphic Designers Respond to the World).
