Project: Found Type Compositions (6 x 6 inches)
Students trace over found type examples that they have scanned into the computer. They gain experience drawing letterforms with the Bézier tool. From these vector drawings the students create experimental type compositions, exploring texture and composition.

Students randomly select two words from a dictionary. They imagine and visualize a narrative relationship between the two words, using the full words, their definitions, and images.
